These very short sequences are simply memory aids

to be used as you like. Do only one or string them together. Anyway you choose to go, look at them as a means to get a home practice going or to revisit things that you want to investigate further. They are all meant to enhance awareness of your own body and breath, warm the body in preparation for further practice, to get your day started or even to provide a few moments of refreshing movement later in the day. You’re welcome to print them.
